When you choose Choice Construction for your concrete coating project in Anchorage, you’re choosing a local company that understands Alaska and takes pride in doing the job right. Choice Construction is the only Penntek dealer in Alaska, giving our customers access to one of the most advanced concrete coating systems available, backed by professional installation and local service. With more than 25 years of experience and a reputation for quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and respect for your property, we bring the same commitment to excellence to every concrete coating project.

We chose Penntek because not all concrete coatings are created equal. Penntek’s polyurea-based systems are engineered for exceptional durability, flexibility, and resistance to chemicals, abrasions, impacts, and UV exposure. That durability is especially important in Alaska, where concrete surfaces can experience demanding conditions and repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Unlike traditional epoxy systems that can become brittle and wear over time, Penntek’s flexible coating systems are designed to move with changing temperatures while maintaining their strength and appearance.

Another major advantage is how quickly Penntek can transform your concrete. Many Penntek coating systems can be professionally installed in as little as one day, minimizing disruption and allowing you to get back to using your space quickly. Whether you’re upgrading a garage, shop, basement, patio, driveway, or commercial space, Penntek offers a variety of colors, finishes, decorative chip blends, quartz systems, and other options so you can get the performance you need without sacrificing appearance. The result is a surface that is easier to maintain, resistant to stains and damage, and built to look great for years.

When you combine Penntek’s high-performance coating technology with Choice Construction’s local experience and commitment to quality, you get more than a new floor—you get a concrete coating designed to last. We take the time to properly prepare your existing concrete, carefully install the appropriate Penntek system, and leave you with a finished surface you can be proud of. For Anchorage homeowners and businesses looking for a durable, attractive, and professionally installed concrete coating, Choice Construction is Alaska’s exclusive Penntek dealer—and the choice is clear.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We couldn’t be happier with the work Choice Construction did installing our new windows and doors. Our home is older, and they took the time to do the job the right way instead of rushing through it. That attention to detail really showed.

Jonathan’s carpentry skills were outstanding. His cuts were incredibly precise, and it was obvious he takes great pride in his craftsmanship. Noah provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He made sure we were completely happy with everything and even climbed back up to clean a tiny spot on the outside of a window that most people would have overlooked. That level of care says a lot. Drew was fantastic as well. He worked hard from start to finish, always stayed busy, and paid close attention to every detail.

The whole crew worked seamlessly together, and it was clear they took pride in delivering quality work. Everyone was professional, courteous, and respectful of our home throughout the project.

We highly recommend Choice Construction and will absolutely be calling them again when we’re ready to build our deck!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t say enough good things about Choice Construction! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding, and the quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations.

A huge thank you to Jonathan, Noah, and Drew for the incredible job they did installing my new windows and doors.

Jonathan’s carpentry skills were exceptional. His attention to detail and craftsmanship were obvious in every aspect of the installation, and everything turned out beautifully.

Noah was incredibly personable, professional, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. He took pride in his work, communicated throughout the project, and made sure every detail met a high standard. That level of customer service is hard to find.

Drew worked tirelessly from beginning to end. His strong work ethic and dedication didn’t go unnoticed, and he was an important part of a fantastic team.

It’s refreshing to find a company that not only delivers outstanding craftsmanship but also has employees who truly care about the quality of their work and their customers. I highly recommend Choice Construction to anyone looking for windows, doors, or other home improvement projects. Thank you for a job exceptionally well done!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Last Summer Choice construction rebuilt a fence between me and my backyard neighbors. While they were there, I had them repair a portion of another section of my fence. They did an excellent job with that. This summer I needed to have a short, 3 foot tall, fence built around utility boxes in my backyard. The guys came one day and set the post and a few days later came and built the fence. They were very professional and friendly in both cases. The fences look awesome. I could not be happier with the result!
