We first had contact with James and his crew during a window replacement installation project through a big box store that he was subcontracting through. I was so impressed with his Professionalism and knowledge that we hired him directly for a major master bathroom remodel job. His communication and knowledge of timing and materials was invaluable. They were always on time and communicated when the schedule would change. The craftsmanship and attention to detail made all the difference in the world. Honestly the project turned out better than we could have even imagined and all within our budget! You would be hard pressed to find a more honest, professional, and harder working company. “practically flawless”
I had the pleasure of hiring Choice Construction during Covid, summer of 2020. James was referred to me by a company that sells windows but does not do the actual installation. My wife and I were contracting an entire gut and remodel of a 6000 square-foot custom home on the Hillside. James was tasked with replacing a majority of the windows. Not only the windows, but all of the interior/exterior trim and molding. James and his crew worked efficiently and their work was practically flawless.
The crew not only arrived timely but were well-kept, non-smokers (therefore zero wasted time due to ‘smoke breaks’) and all drove trucks that did not drip oil on our pavement. We could not have asked for a better window installation team. Pricing was commensurate with other installers and we have had zero warranty work.
I have been a real estate agent for 3+ decades and hand out a ton of referrals to contractors. I am losing track how many times I have now given James name to my clients.
